Buckingham Palace is recognised around the world as the home of the monarch, the focus of national and royal celebrations, as well as the backdrop to the regular Changing of the Guard ceremony.
The visit to Buckingham Palace will include going into the State Rooms and also the Garden.
Before we can get into the State Rooms we will need to go through an airport style security, so please do not bring anything that you do not need.
Meeting point: We will be meeting in the courtyard in front of the Kings Gallery. Our tour is booked for 11.00am.
Could you please aim to be there 30 mins before the tour.
Cost: £15 (no transport included)
There is a cafe onsite where you can enjoy delicious sandwiches, drinks and afternoon tea (cost £50 for two people). The sandwiches and drinks are around £5-£6. It is a beautiful setting to enjoy a cool drink or some lunch.
Transport is not included so please make your own way to the palace to meet the group.
By underground: The nearest tube stations are Victoria, Green Park, St. James's Park and Hyde Park Corner (all approximately 10 minutes walk).
By train: The nearest train stations are London Victoria (10 minute walk) or London Charing Cross (20 minute walk).

Please Note: As Buckingham Palace is spread over a larger area, there will be a lot of walking and also going up and down some stairs. It is an old building so there is limited accessible entrances.
