Age UK Richmond - 6-week Hydrotherapy Course
Teddington Hydrotherapy Pool - Teddington Pool & Fitness Centre, Vicarage Road, Teddington, UK
Each week you will have half an hour in a warm water pool to ease your aches and pains. Buoyancy aids are supplied to enable gentle exercises in the water. You must be able to access the pool yourself, as we cannot provide assistance or carers.
On the first day of the course, a physiotherapist will attend the session to demonstrate some exercises. For the remaining 5 weeks there will not be a physio on site but we can provide some handouts with reminders of the exercises at the pool side. An Age UK Richmond staff member will be there each week to welcome you and take the register.
